My work is focused on security and compliance delivery, with deep hands-on experience supporting SOC 2 readiness and audit efforts. I partner with internal teams, vendors, and auditors to bring order to fragmented processes, manage timelines and evidence, and keep execution aligned with real-world requirements.

I don’t replace security, engineering, or compliance experts.
I provide project leadership, coordination, and oversight—so the work gets done, risks are surfaced early, and audits don’t become last-minute fire drills.
